Refund and Return Policy, METAMORPH CENTER SL

At Metamorph Center, we strive to offer high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Cancellations and refund requests

  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a refund.
  • Unopened products: Returns will only be accepted if the item is sealed and unused.
  • Return and inspection: The refund will be processed once we have received the item and checked its condition.
  • Cancellations before shipping: You can cancel your order before it ships, but you will need to request it, and we cannot guarantee 100% that this will be possible if the order has already been prepared.

To start the process, email us at info@metamorphcenter.com with your order number and the subject line: CANCELAR PEDIDO (cancel order).

2. Damaged or incorrect items

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The item does not match the description.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, sending:

  • Photos of the product and the packaging
  • A brief explanation of the problem

We will offer you one of these options:

  • A full refund.
  • A replacement product.

Shipping costs for returns due to damage or errors will be covered by us.

If the product shows signs of having been opened or tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

3. Return and refund process

A) How to return a product

  1. Write to us at info@metamorphcenter.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you the return instructions, including the shipping address.
  3. Send the product using a tracked method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

B) Refund method

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-refundable items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products returned more than 14 days after receipt.
  • Products returned without prior approval.
