Su nombre en inglés es Pillars of Strength. Este es un sobre suelto japonés, ideal para probar el set sin comprar la caja entera.

Mighty Enemies salió en Japón el 11 de febrero de 2023 y gira en torno a los Piratas de Big Mom y el CP9. Trae 8 líderes jugables, entre ellos Portgas D. Ace, Big Mom (Charlotte Linlin), Charlotte Katakuri y Rob Lucci, y es uno de los sets más completos de las primeras expansiones del juego, tanto para jugar como para coleccionar.
Al ser un set antiguo que ya apenas se encuentra sellado, el sobre suelto es la forma más asequible de abrir OP-03 hoy.
