🏴☠️ 4th Anniversary! Four Emperors Treasure Get Campaign Pack is the promo pack Bandai handed out in Japan for the 4th anniversary of One Piece Card Game (One Piece TCG). It was never sold: stores gave one pack for every ¥2,000 spent on the game from 22 August 2026, while supplies lasted. Each pack holds one random card out of seven Emperors, in a monochrome version with a "4th Anniversary" stamp. Outside Japan you'll also see it called "Treasure Hunt Campaign Pack".
What's in the 4th Anniversary Four Emperors pack?
Official Bandai product, factory sealed, Japanese edition marked "NOT FOR SALE":
- 1 card per pack, random out of 7 (you can't choose which)
- The 7 campaign cards, all Characters:
- P-099 Monkey D. Luffy (purple)
- P-100 Marshall D. Teach (black)
- ST15-002 Edward Newgate (red)
- OP14-027 Shanks (green)
- OP12-049 Buggy (blue)
- EB04-030 Kaido (purple)
- ST20-005 Charlotte Linlin (yellow)
- Monochrome art with the "4th Anniversary" stamp printed on top
About the 4th anniversary campaign
One Piece Card Game launched in Japan in July 2022, and this is the second year in a row that Bandai has marked the anniversary with an in-store promo pack campaign, after the 3rd anniversary one in 2025. The 2026 lineup brings together current and former Emperors: Luffy, Shanks, Buggy and Blackbeard alongside Whitebeard, Kaido and Big Mom. All seven are versions of existing cards with the same art turned monochrome and the same game text. Five come from boosters and decks (ST15, OP14, OP12, EB04 and ST20), and P-099 and P-100 are the July 2025 store event promos.
It was handed out in limited numbers, so it's hard to find sealed.
Why this pack?
- A promo that was never sold in stores: the only way to get it was buying product during the campaign
- The "4th Anniversary" stamp doesn't exist on any other version of these cards
- A small pack for chasing all seven Emperors, for your deck or as a gift for a promo collector
- Luffy P-099 is the most wanted of the seven
- Not legal in official tournaments in Europe or the Americas, where Bandai only allows the English edition (and, in Europe, the French edition too).
