About White Flare (SV11W)
White Flare and Black Bolt closed the Scarlet & Violet era in Japan on 6 June 2025, both built around Unova. Between the two sets, all 156 Unova Pokémon get an AR or SAR, which is why White Flare reaches 72 ARs when a regular set from the era has 12.
The English release came on 18 July 2025 under the same name. Korea got it on 1 August 2025, the same day as 블랙볼트 (Black Bolt).
Why the Korean version?
- Same format as the Japanese box: 20 packs of 7 cards, instead of the 30 packs of 5 found in other Korean boxes
- Same 174-card set list and secret rares as the Japanese edition, numbered up to 174/086
- It isn't the earliest edition. It came out eight weeks after the Japanese one and two weeks after the English one
