Why this card?
The Golden Box came with an all-holo 60-card deck built around Pikachu, plus gold accessories. This Pikachu appears four times in that deck. It's a reprint of the Pikachu from the Lightning V Starter Set, illustrated by Ryuta Fuse, with the blue and gold "25th" stamp on the artwork.
On PSA's website it's listed under "Pokemon Asia 25th Anniversary Promo", because the Golden Box was released in several Asian markets (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore). This slab's label reads "POKEMON JPN." and the card is printed in Japanese.
