Why this card?
The Battle Collection is sold as random decks: 102 different decks (100 standard ones, one secret deck and a variant of No. 001) and 742 numbered cards, the largest Japanese collection so far. This card isn't in any of the 100 standard decks. According to Bulbapedia's deck lists, a single copy comes in secret Deck No. 101.
It's a full illustration by Souichirou Gunjima, with Mega Feraligatr bursting out of the waves. In English it was printed as Special Illustration Rare 274/217 in Ascended Heroes.
