The 9 Illustration Rare style cards in this series are exclusive to the collection and feature the starters from three regions:
- Hoenn: Treecko, Torchic and Mudkip
- Kalos: Chespin, Fennekin and Froakie
- Paldea: Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly
Each collection gives you 3 of those 9 cards, so it works both for opening and for completing the series across several boxes.
