👻 BLEACH Thousand-Year Blood War Vol.2 (EX07BT) brought blue to Bleach in Union Arena, along with the cast's first foil autographs. It's the series' second booster, released in Japan on 26 July 2024, and it adapts the anime's second cour (The Separation). At the very top sits Rukia Kuchiki at SR★★★, signed by Fumiko Orikasa and the only three-star card in the set.
What's in the Union Arena Bleach Vol.2 Japanese booster box?
Official Bandai product, factory sealed:
- 16 booster packs per box
- 8 cards per pack (128 cards in total)
- 78 card types: 73 playable cards (8 SR, 12 R, 25 U and 28 C) plus 5 Action Point cards, with 19 alt-arts on top
- Chase cards:
- Rukia Kuchiki (034) at SR★★★, signed, the top card in the set
- 4 SR★★ with their voice actor's foil-stamped autograph: Ichigo Kurosaki (019, Masakazu Morita), Rukia Kuchiki (034, Fumiko Orikasa), Renji Abarai (028, Kentaro Ito) and Byakuya Kuchiki (030, Ryotaro Okiayu)
- 1 serial-numbered Action Point card (AP01★), planned by Bandai to carry a hand-signed autograph, at a very low pull rate and in limited numbers
- 14 one-star alt-arts, including the SR★ versions of Giselle Gewelle, Mayuri Kurotsuchi, Ichigo Kurosaki (051) and Kenpachi Zaraki
About Bleach Vol.2 (EX07BT)
EX07BT adapts The Separation (訣別譚), the second part of the Thousand-Year Blood War anime, with the Gotei 13 and the Wandenreich's Sternritter front and center. It introduced blue, and Bandai also added cards that strengthen decks built on the existing colors. Bandai presented it as the pack that "finally" brought the cast's foil autographs.
Numbering is EX07BT/BLC-2, and since Vol.1 (UA08BT) and Vol.3 (EX15BT) share the BLC series, it all goes in the same deck. With 78 card types against Vol.1's 106, it's a tighter set and quicker to complete.
Why the Japanese edition?
- It came out ten months before the English one: 26 July 2024 vs 30 May 2025 (UEX01BT)
- The English box isn't the same: 12-card packs and one extra Rare (13 types vs 12); here packs hold 8
